Brome Lake dairy farm southeast of Montreal, Kenny always aspired to be an actor. His passion for creating has led him to establish his own theatre company which produced his first play since high school, City Boy, based on the life of his cousin living in the country. He performed in his first solo autobiographical show, Malunderstood at MainLine Theatre, where he worked as Artistic Producer of MainLine and the St-Ambroise Montreal Fringe Festival. The show has toured to across the world including Orlando, where he was Best New Artist at the 2024 FESTN4, Ottawa where it performed its World French premiere at the Undercurrents Festival and most recently in Gothenburg, Sweden for the Gothenburg Fringe Festival. Selected performance credits include the Narrator in Richard O’Brien’s The Rocky Horror Show (MainLine Theatre), Lysander/Peter Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream (The Montreal Shakespeare Company) and Christopher Marlowe in Conspiracy! (Chocolate Moose Theatre Company). He was the co-chair of the Tour and Artist Relations Committee for the Canadian Association of Fringe Festivals which places him on the board of directors. He is an active member of the Montreal performing arts community. A passionate advocate for the arts, Amy has spearheaded many initiatives such as Montreal's Fringe World Congress and the QDF Congress: Shaping the Future of English Theatre in Quebec.
